Moores Spring Campground on the Dan River
Located five minutes from Hanging Rock State Park, primitive tent campsites are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table with cold water outdoor showers and port-a-johns throughout. Reservations are accepted for a group of three or more campsites. Directions From Winston-Salem, take Hwy 52 N. to the RJR-Moore Rd. exit .Turn left, go straight through 4 stop lights and signs.
